Smoked Salmon
Seattle Fish Company of New Mexico carries many types of Smoked Salmon. Talk to your account manager about all of the available options to find the one right for you.
On option is Scotch Reserve® Smoked Salmon. It starts with fresh, premium grade Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar), farm-raised in Scotland. It is made using only natural ingredients and without the use of artificial flavors and preservatives by the St. James Smokehouse, an independent, family-owned smokehouse in Scotland. They dry cure each fillet of Salmon by hand using sea salt and demerara sugar, within hours of being harvested. Scotch Reserve® Smoked Salmon is then double smoked using traditional methods and oak chips soaked in single malt Scotch whiskey from the Bladnoch distillery. It is hand trimmed to remove the skin and dark meat, leaving only the premium cut. Scotch Reserve® Smoked Salmon is Kosher Certified by London Beth Din.
