Originally opened by Craig Risk as President in 1987, Seattle Fish Company of New Mexico, set out with one goal in mind – to be the premier seafood provider in the Southeast.
We quickly realized that goal. With unmatched quality and service, we expanded with the addition of 270,000 cubic feet of state-of-the-art freezer stores in 1995. In that same year, we were recognized with a spot on the New Mexico Private 100.
In order to keep pace with regional demand and better serve our expanding customer base, we opened our El Paso facilities in 2000. Today, we employ more than 50 team members and have become the Southwest’s premier seafood provider.
