We were delighted to have Carmine Russo, instructor of the highly regarded Culinary Arts Program at CNM visit our facilities with a group of talented up-coming chefs.
Food safety is a top priority for Seattle Fish Company of New Mexico, and our Quality Control and HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) Manager, Mike Romero enjoys educating about our extensive food safety programs. While the students toured our plant, Mike provided information about safe food handling procedures, HACCP requirements, sanitation measures and the strict quality standards we employ to ensure that we provide the highest quality products possible.
